Why do you think this 2-year rise and fall theory is accurate? Where are you getting your data? It's interesting, but explain why I should believe it
Its not 2 years per se, its just that by end year 2 the average user is very uninvolved - the tail talils off as it were. Thats my hypothesis, based on the (empirically observed) flitting of the SocNet set from net to net every 2 tears or so (Friendster begat MySpace begat Facebook begets ?)
Also, I am watching the behaviour of the London mavens who are migrating in swathes now - thats 6 months for most of em, but lets assume they have higher ADD than most |
