I dont understand how privacy law can approach user-generated content.
Anyone got an insightful opinion on this?

If this site's ridiculous anti-spam measures didn't require a grace period before I could submit another comment, I wouldn't have time to point it out, nor time to make my URL into a hyperlink, which due to ridiculous anti-spam measures is converted to plaintext, requiring me to waste more time, until the ridiculous anti-spam grace period expires again for me to provide an unadorned URL. |
