I saw
this on Venturebeat, via Techmeme, its just too good not to mark - a (quite) senior Facebook guy, recruited from Google, is leaving to "pursue other interests etc". OK, standard stuff - but this paragraph caught my eye - it comes within the context of Facebook recruiting lots of new senior Googlers and shifting its philosophy of coding discipline to more "big Co" policies etc:
